About the Role
Join us as a F&B Supervisor, you'll be leading a team of F&B attendants to deliver standout service across the restaurant, bar, events and In-Room Dining. From greeting and serving guests, managing team rosters and labour budgets and providing recruitment and training to a diverse group of individuals. This is a hands‑on role where energy, attention to detail, and a love for great hospitality shine.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a supervisor or senior F&B role working in hotels or restaurants.
* Experience managing and training teams, driving a strong team culture and delivering a great guest experience.
* Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided).
* Warm, friendly and approachable manner.
* Great communication skills, flexibility and approachability.
* Be able to anticipate guests' needs and be adaptable.
