Leadership Role
We are seeking a Practice Manager to elevate the practice to new heights. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role in a supportive culture.
The successful candidate will provide key support to Partners in managing financial operations, human resources, and business operations.
This is a full-time, in-office position offering a great deal of variety and responsibility. The Practice Manager will have the support of an experienced Assistant to help achieve the smooth day-to-day running of the firm.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee financial management activities, including trust account management and preparation of financial statements.
* Lead operations management, focusing on marketing, business development, and liaison with external service providers.
* Assist with the development and execution of the firm's growth strategy, identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, managing the firm's insurances, equipment, and IT services.
Essential Qualifications
* Proven experience in a practice management role within a law firm.
* Strong financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, reporting, and trust account management.
* Excellent human resources experience, including staff recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
* A solid understanding of operations management, including marketing, business development, and IT management.
* Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and staff.
* A proactive attitude with a solutions-driven approach to problem-solving.
