Job Summary
To deliver high-quality solutions and results, we are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to perform servicing, repair, and maintenance of large-scale mobile mining equipment.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A trade certificate in diesel fitting or relevant equivalent.
* Post-trade experience working in the Mining or Heavy Earth Moving industry.
* Experience in general maintenance, breakdowns, component change-outs, and servicing of heavy earth moving equipment.
* Demonstrated experience with CAT, Komatsu, and Hitachi heavy earth moving equipment.

Key responsibilities include:
* Performing regular inspections to maximise equipment utilisation.
* Maintaining good housekeeping standards at all times.
* Conducting technical research to source information from relevant reference manuals and computer-based systems.
