About the Role
Due to sustained growth, we have a requirement for an experienced Mechanical Fitter, based in our Devonport branch who is willing to partake in workshop and field-based work.
We're looking for a Technician who will be responsible for complete hydraulic systems and all affiliated components including but not limited to:
* Pumps
* Motors
* Valving
* Cylinders
* Completing lubrication and fire suppression installations
This is an integral role to the business. Day-to-day in the role, you will:
* Troubleshoot and identify issues whilst in the field
* Complete administration of job records accurately and efficiently
* Ensure that work is carried out to the highest quality level
* Ensure that customer service levels are of the highest standard
* Ensure continuous improvement to service levels and look for better ways to do things
About you
To succeed in these roles, you will have a disciplined and mature work ethic, as well as the ability to work unsupervised. Similar roles in the past may include drill rig fitter, heavy mobile diesel mechanic, Auto-electrician, or Fitter Machinist. Training in Cert 3 Mobile Technology.
