* A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
* A proactive approach to learning, development, and service improvement.
* An interest in mentoring or supporting future clinicians.
* Someone who wants the work to have purpose and impact.
Requirements
* Occupational Therapist with valid Authority to Practice with AHPRA.
* Unrestricted NSW Driver's Licence (required for community-based work).
What We Can Offer You
* Up to $10,000 in the first 12 months PLUS up to $5,000 each year thereafter in fortnightly payments under the Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme (approved until 30th June 2026).

Additional Information
* Based on a minimum 18‐month commitment to the position or the agreed duration of your contract. All payments to part‐time and contract employees will be made pro‐rata in accordance with the terms of your contract.
* An eligibility list will be created for future permanent or part‐time vacancies.
* This position is full‐time; however, part‐time/job share arrangements may also be considered.
