We are seeking experienced Test Analysts with a strong background in payroll systems and transformation projects. This is a short-term contract opportunity to work with a major financial services client on critical transformation initiatives for 3 months.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute functional and system testing for payroll and transformation projects
* Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project teams to understand requirements
* Develop and maintain test scripts, test cases, and defect logs
* Participate in test planning and support user acceptance testing
* Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards
Required Experience:
* Proven experience as a Test Analyst in payroll environments
* Hands-on experience in transformation projects or system implementations
* Strong understanding of testing methodologies and defect management
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
* Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
