We're expanding our Australian presence and looking for a Technical Support & Implementation Specialist to join our on-site team in Ringwood.

About the Role
You'll play a key role helping new and existing clients set up and use SMRT and Bubblepay systems with confidence.
This hands-on position involves software and hardware setup, troubleshooting, data conversion from other POS platforms, and direct client training.
It's a busy, on-site technical role where every day brings a new challenge — from resolving a hardware issue to migrating a full business from another POS.

Key Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot POS and app issues across Windows, Mac, iOS and Android
* Support and configure hardware: computers, receipt printers, barcode scanners, card readers
* Manage data conversion and migration from legacy POS systems into SMRT
* Assist clients with software setup, updates, and mobile device configuration
* Train clients on SMRT features, workflows, and best practices
* Log and manage support tickets in Jira; document steps and escalate when required
* Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share client feedback and recurring issues
* Maintain accurate documentation and client records

What You'll Bring
* Experience in IT, POS, or technical support roles
* Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, iOS and Android platforms
* Confident with Excel and spreadsheet data handling (CSV imports, data mapping, etc.)
* Knowledge of POS systems and hardware peripherals
* Familiarity with slcak, Jira, Twilio, and Google Workspace preferred
* IT qualification or equivalent experience
* Clear, patient communicator with strong attention to detail
* Analytical mindset for data accuracy and troubleshooting
* Customer-first attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
