What you will be Doing
You will be working as a Boilermaker within the Maintenance Department on a gold mine in the Bowen Basin. You’ll carry out basic welding, fabrication, and repairs on mining equipment to keep machinery safe and running smoothly. You’ll work on tasks like fixing cracks, reinforcing components, and helping with general maintenance as needed. This role suits someone who enjoys hands‑on work, can follow safety procedures, and is comfortable working as part of a team in a mining environment. You will be working 12 hours on a 7/7 Wednesday to Tuesday day shift only roster.
What you will need
* Previous experience working on mobile plant machinery within a production mining environment
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol & chest x-ray
* Trade Qualifications
* Current Drivers Licence & right to work in Australia
