Join Anglicare's Housing team to manage tenancies across our social and affordable housing portfolio. You'll lead complex cases, ensure compliance with tenancy legislation, and deliver high-quality customer service that supports tenant wellbeing and community connection. This role will be located in the Illawarra / Shoalhaven region with required travel across South / West Sydney.
What You'll Do
* Manage tenancy agreements, rent processes, and eligibility screening
* Support tenants through onboarding, needs assessments, and referrals
* Oversee property inspections and maintenance coordination
* Maintain compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act and internal policies
* Collaborate with asset and support teams to improve resident outcomes
What You'll Bring
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
* Proficient in tenancy legislation, property systems, and reporting
* 5+ years' experience in tenancy or housing management
* Tertiary qualifications in Social Work or related fields (desirable)
* Current driver's licence required
