About The Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team and ensure the school remains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all. Reporting to the Principal or a nominated delegate, you will play a key role in maintaining the school's facilities to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting classrooms, offices, and communal areas.
* Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and other high‑use facilities.
* Empty bins, dispose of waste, and replenish supplies such as soap and hand towels.
* Maintain and store cleaning equipment correctly and safely.
* Report maintenance or safety concerns to appropriate personnel.
This role would suit someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
About You
The following traits would be beneficial:
* Previous cleaning experience, particularly in a school or similar environment.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
