The right candidates will have a strong customer service focus, be eager to learn and grow within the business, and have a high value for teamwork. Experience is preferred, however, training will be provided for the right candidate.
Schedule: Full-time (Monday - Friday)
Location: Woodvale

Qualifications:
• Dental Experience: Previous experience in a dental setting is preferred, but not essential. At Aim we use a dental software called D4W.
• Team Player: We're seeking individuals who thrive in a team-oriented environment and are passionate about contributing to the success of the practice. Someone who is adaptable & flexible to help the day run smoothly.
• Care and Compassion: Demonstrate a genuine commitment to providing compassionate care to our patients, making them feel comfortable and valued from the moment they walk in.
• Drive for Excellence: Possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the smooth operation of the front office.
• Multitasking Skills: Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage a busy workload in a quick-paced environment.
