CopRice is the animal foods division of SunRice and is a leading supplier of nutrition products to the companion animal and livestock sectors. CopRice has been supplying quality feeds for animals for over 30 years across 6 sites in NSW and VIC. About the role As part of the CopRice Operations Team you will work with the site team to align customer orders with site stock; coordinate Logistics contractors entering the site; and co-ordinate all freight across Australia with customers and carriers. Key responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the schedules of drivers and vehicles Maintain accurate records of all transportation and delivery details Track and coordinate delivery collections and locations Review and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate Resolves service issues in a timely manner, including coordinating and processing returns Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the transit process Ensure compliance with company policies and NHVR. This role is based in Leeton, a town in the Riverina region of NSW known for its friendly, relaxed rural lifestyle. About You You have excellent communication and influencing skills, an ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and strong organisational and planning skills. You have good problem-solving ability and can identify issues, analyse root causes, and develop viable solutions. You will also have: Experience as a Dispatch Clerk or similar role in logistics; experience working with Agri client base and/or Retailers highly regarded Proven aptitude for understanding the risks and precautions associated with traffic management and receivals Ability to manage conflict and difficult conversations to reach resolution Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and customer requests Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team to deliver outstanding customer service.
