We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our Gracemere store.
Job Summary
As a Retail Store Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our store, driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inventory levels and ensure effective stock management
* Lead up to 10 to 12 team members per shift, motivating and developing their skills
* Deliver high-quality food products in line with Domino's standards
* Drive sales growth, achieving key performance indicators
* Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues promptly
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous retail management experience (at least two years) in a food store
* A Diploma or higher qualification
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Knowledge of food industry regulations and high-level food safety awareness
* A head for figures, with experience managing budgets, targets, and other financial aspects
