This is a Regional Sales Manager - EMT - NSW & QLD role with Liebherr-Australia based in Sydney, NSW, AU Liebherr-Australia Role Seniority - mid level More about the Regional Sales Manager - EMT - NSW & QLD role at Liebherr-Australia Liebherr-Australia is seeking a driven and commercially focused Regional Sales Manager – East Coast to provide strong leadership and strategic direction across our Earthmoving sales operations in NSW and QLD. The role is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team, driving profitable growth across new and used Earthmoving equipment, and building strong customer and stakeholder relationships in line with Liebherr’s values and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Provide robust leadership, coaching, and direction to a team of sales professionals Develop, implement, and execute regional sales and marketing strategies aligned with divisional and national objectives Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through regular site visits Prepare and submit sales documentation, including tenders and quotations Drive achievement of sales, margin, and market share targets, maintaining full accountability for regional sales performance Mentor, coach, and develop the sales team to deliver high performance Represent Liebherr at industry exhibitions, events, and conferences About You Proven experience in sales & leadership, ideally within Earthmoving, Mining, or Heavy Industrial sectors Strong business acumen, including financial planning and contract negotiations Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive strategic growth Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills Proficiency in MS Office & CRM systems Understanding of leasing structures, supply chain management, and stakeholder engagement Benefits Diversity & Inclusion Diversity and inclusion sit at the heart of the Liebherr Group’s Core Values.
