Surveyor (Associate, Graduate or Registered)
Bplanned & Surveyed is a forward-thinking and dynamic surveying firm with a strong reputation for delivering accurate, reliable and timely services across Southeast Queensland. We're seeking a confident and experienced Associate, Graduate or Registered Surveyor to join our team.
About the position
This is an opportunity for a surveyor with at least 3 years of experience in an urban setting. You'll be responsible for conducting a range of survey types and will be trusted to operate independently on various projects. Our office is located in Camp Hill, Brisbane. The role offers flexible working arrangements, with a combination of office-based work, working from home, and time in the field depending on project requirements. You'll have the support of an experienced team and the chance to develop your professional skills in a thriving business.
Responsibilities:
* Set out construction & as-constructed surveys
* Subdivision surveys and associated tasks
* Commercial & Lease Survey
* Data processing, drafting, subdivision design and reporting
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years (preferred) experience in projects listed above
* Ability & confidence to work independently and manage projects to completion
* Strong communication and time management skills
* Proficiency in surveying software and field equipment (Leica Captivate, Topcon/Magnet Office, AutoCAD)
* Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or a New Zealand citizen
