Role Overview
Reporting to the Warehouse and Transport Manager, your key objective is to lead an existing team, consolidate the warehouse and transport functions and lift the standard of performance and workplace culture required to meet targets and run a cost-effective and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and mentor production staff.
Consolidate warehouse and transport functions.
Maintain a cost-effective and productive workplace.
Qualifications
Previous experience in warehouse and distribution operations.
Proven ability to lead an experienced team.
Self-managed and an excellent communicator.
Proficient with WMS and ERP systems.
