Administrative Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful applicant will have experience in project and financial management, including budgeting, invoicing, and tracking across multiple projects.
The ideal candidate will be able to quickly learn and use various project and budget management software tools, manage financial processes related to subcontractor payments, compliance, and reporting, and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse teams and stakeholders.
The Administrative Operations Coordinator will play an integral role in supporting the smooth and efficient delivery of work across the team, establishing and maintaining clear project financial processes, and leading in undertaking logistics and administration to support all personnel.
