Job Description:
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading daily store operations to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators. You will foster a high-performance culture through team motivation, training, and mentoring. Additionally, you will monitor store performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and oversee stock levels, store presentation, and visual merchandising to brand standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment

* Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage store performance
