Role Overview
We are seeking a Field Network Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our fibre network projects.
Your mission will be to walk the site before design kicks off, validate existing plans, and identify opportunities for smarter and more efficient upgrades. This involves following fibre paths, assessing infrastructure, and providing clear and accurate feedback to our design team.
You will work closely with project teams and crews to deliver safe and high-quality outcomes. Conducting on-site assessments to verify and improve design plans is essential, as well as supporting and guiding teams to work productively and confidently.
Responsibilities
* Validate existing plans and identify opportunities for upgrade
* Provide feedback to design team on site conditions and infrastructure
* Work with project teams and crews to deliver safe and high-quality outcomes
* Conduct on-site assessments to verify and improve design plans
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in field scoping, surveying or similar (preferred)
* A valid Construction White Card
* A valid Driver's Licence
* An eye for detail and problem-solving skills
* A team-first mindset
