Are you a driven professional looking to step into a high-impact commercial role? We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our NSW team. This isn't your standard sales desk; you will be the primary point of contact for a massive, diverse customer base spanning everything from local hospitality and hospitals to cutting‐edge aerospace manufacturing and everything in between.
This role is designed for someone who has the "sales DNA" but is looking for a structured environment where they can manage a large portfolio and learn the complexities of multiple industrial segments.
As a Relationship Manager, you are the face of our brand. You won't just be selling products; you'll be managing the lifecycle of accounts and ensuring our gas and equipment solutions are integrated seamlessly into our customers' operations.
What you will enjoy doing
* Oversee a high volume of accounts across diverse sectors (Food & Beverage, Medical, Industrial, and more)
* Build deep rapport with existing clients to ensure long‐term loyalty and satisfaction
* Gain unique insights into how different industries operate—from the high‐pressure environment of a hospital to the precision of aerospace
* Identify opportunities to expand our footprint within your existing customer base
What makes you great
* You thrive in a fast‐paced environment and can pivot between different customer needs quickly
* You understand that great relationships are built on trust, reliability, and value
* Ability to talk to anyone—from a chef in a kitchen to a procurement manager of a large fabrication shop
* You are looking for a career path, not just a job. You want to prove your worth in a "full-scale" sales and service environment
