Bar Manager | Northern Grounds Sunshine Coast
Cocktails, cold beers, and waterfront vibes, Northern Grounds is serving it all, and now we need a Bar Manager to keep the positive times pouring.
What you’ll be doing:
Running the bar and leading a high-energy team
Driving consistency in cocktails, pours, and presentation
Training and mentoring bartenders to lift skills across the board
Stock control, ordering, and bar systems management
Bringing creativity to the drinks menu and guest experience
About you:
Previous experience in a bar management or senior bartender role
Strong leadership and communication skills
A passion for great drinks and memorable guest experiences
Organised, reliable, and confident with stock and systems
Cool under pressure and always leading by example
