About the Role:
As a Marketing Executive at Oscars Group, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic marketing initiatives for several key hospitality venues within our Adelaide portfolio, including two iconic restaurants. This is a hands-on and dynamic role ideal for a marketing professional with creativity, initiative, and an understanding of the hospitality landscape.
You'll be based five days a week, rotating between three flagship venues in Adelaide and will work closely with both local venue teams and the broader Oscars Group Marketing team across Australia. This is a unique opportunity to shape and grow the marketing presence of beloved venues with established reputations and loyal customer bases.
You'll manage multiple social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), and create engaging, high-quality content that resonates with our audience and strengthens our brand identity.
This role will sit out of Lakes Resort Hotel in Adelaide but will belong to the Oscars Group head office team .
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive foot traffic, and increase patron loyalty across several key venues.
* Lead the planning and execution of venue-specific campaigns across digital, social media, in-venue activations, and traditional marketing channels.
* Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) by creating engaging content and fostering community interaction.
* Work closely with Venue Managers and the broader Oscars Group Marketing team to ensure brand alignment and share best practices across the Group.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimise effectiveness and ROI.
* Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
* Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships.
* Support broader group marketing initiatives, contributing to collaborative planning sessions and creative development.
About You:
* A strong understanding of the hospitality industry and current marketing trends within the sector.
* Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably within hospitality, events, or a related industry.
* Proven ability to manage social media platforms and deliver compelling, high-performing content.
* A proactive mindset with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects across different venues.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative eye for design and storytelling.
* A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work effectively across multiple teams and venues.
