About The Role
Arcare is now looking for a Regional Support Manager who will be responsible for managing and supporting their Residence Managers in ensuring their residences remain compliant with Aged Care and other relevant legislation. This Regional Support Manager encompasses the completion of specific business and people development objectives and related regional activities using strong management, leadership, and organisational skills. The role also has an important function in assisting the Residence Managers to improve the operational and business performance of the company. The role requires travelling across all Arcare Gold Coast residences.
Skills And Experience
Previous Regional Support Management experience (desirable)
Sound experience in working in the Aged Care or Health Services
Registered Nurse Division One (desirable)
Current registration with AHPRA
Demonstrated experience in operational management, including Human Resources, people leadership and motivation, budgeting, service delivery and facility maintenance
Demonstrated experience in project management
Broad understanding of legislation, regulations and requirements, and issues affecting aged care
Ability to empower staff to accept responsibility through effective guidance and support.
Solutions-focused -excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Demonstrate financial accountability
Good communicator, authentic and passionate
Ability to respect the role and contribution of others in your team
Provide leadership, encourage and promote relationship building
Excellent computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and internet)
A current Australian Drivers License
