About the Opportunity
Caring Arms Australia is a growing Registered NDIS provider delivering Disability Support Services across the Central Coast, NSW.
We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Business Development Coordinator to support our next phase of growth. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of building connections within the Disability Service & NDIS sector, increasing referrals, and helping us serve more participants who require high-quality support that we offer.
This role is being introduced as part of a focused growth initiative, with strong potential to develop into a long-term position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships across the disability services sector, engaging key stakeholders to drive referrals and new business opportunities
* Identify and develop new referral pathways to increase participant intake and occupancy
* Plan and execute business development activities including stakeholder visits, meetings, appointments, and follow-ups
* Represent Caring Arms at industry events, expos, community outreach programs, and networking opportunities
* Organise and participate in promotional campaigns, marketing initiatives, and local engagement activities
* Use social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc) to actively promote services and enhance brand presence
* Engage with the local community and industry networks to generate leads and build long-term connections
* Maintain a pipeline of prospects, track interactions, and follow through on opportunities
* Develop a strong understanding of our services, participants, and care approach
* Contribute ideas and proactive strategies to strengthen brand visibility and business growth
About You

Performance Expectations (What Success Looks Like)
To succeed in this role, you will be expected to:
* Conduct regular stakeholder engagement activities including meetings, site visits, and follow-ups each week
* Build and maintain an active pipeline of referral opportunities and professional connections
* Contribute to consistent growth in participant enquiries, referrals, and occupancy
* Actively participate in promotional campaigns, events, and networking activities
* Maintain a strong presence on social media platforms to support brand visibility and engagement
* Support occupancy targets through active engagement and follow-up
* Demonstrate initiative in identifying new opportunities and converting them into tangible outcomes
