Location: Rockingham, Western Australia. Part‐time (minimum 10 hours per fortnight). Contract.
About the Role
The Baldivis Indoor Sports Complex (BISC), located on Eighty Road in Baldivis, is the City of Rockingham's newest leisure facility committed to providing excellent customer service to all patrons. BISC accommodates sports such as basketball, netball, badminton, volleyball, indoor and inland soccer, and hosts a range of other wellness programs.
Primarily based at BISC you will assist our customers at the on‐site Café. This includes customer service, food preparation and handling, maintaining a clean working environment and cash handling.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers at the on‐site Café.
* Provide customer service and maintain a friendly, welcoming environment.
* Prepare and handle food safely and efficiently.
* Keep the Café area clean and organized.
* Process cash transactions accurately.
* Work on weekends and be available from Monday to Sunday 5am–10pm; may be required to work at other City leisure facilities.
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role, involving customer service.
* Competent in safe food handling practices and food preparation requirements.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Completion of a Food Handling Certificate.
* Current Provide First Aid and CPR qualification.
What We Offer
Hourly rate: $27.60 per hour, plus superannuation.
