Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative and personal support to a senior executive
* Assist with residential sales administration and documentation (real estate background preferred)
* Manage personal tasks including scheduling, bills, and errands
* Liaise professionally with high-profile clients and stakeholders
* Maintain smooth daily operations, be proactive, responsive, and ready to support as needed
Candidate Requirements
* Prior experience in real estate or executive support roles is highly desirable
* High level of discretion, maturity, and integrity when handling sensitive information
* Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability
* Able to stay composed in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
* Confident working independently and with minimal direction
