Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Deakin for a Director role. The Director will provide leadership and strategic direction for various high-value projects across industries. Key responsibilities include overseeing investment strategy, guiding cross-border commercial initiatives, fostering partnerships, evaluating emerging technologies, and implementing portfolio growth strategies. The Director will also engage with government agencies, policy leaders, and investors to facilitate strategic decision-making and execution.

Qualifications
* Expertise in Investment Strategy, Capital Deployment, and Portfolio Management
* Experience in Cross-Border Commercial Strategy and Market-Entry Strategy
* Strong knowledge of Technology Scouting, Research & Development, and Commercialization
* Proven experience in Crisis Management, Restructures, M&A, and Turnarounds
* Exceptional skills in Government Engagement, Stakeholder Collaboration, and Strategic Negotiations
* Proficiency in providing leadership and managing multi-disciplinary teams across different regions
* Strong analytical skills, decision-making abilities, and financial acumen
* Experience in advanced technology, infrastructure, education, manufacturing, or similar sectors is beneficial
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields
