Business Development Manager - NDIS & HCP
We are seeking a highly motivated and connected Business Development Manager to take the lead in establishing and growing our new Adelaide office. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building our presence from the ground up, leveraging your strong industry network to drive the expansion of our NDIS and Home Care Package (HCP) client base. Key Responsibilities
Establish and expand relationships with support coordinators, LACs, GPs, hospitals, and community organisations
Proactively identify new business opportunities in NDIS/HCP markets
Meet and exceed KPIs for client acquisition and revenue growth
Represent EIH Care at events, forums, and industry networks
Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure quality onboarding and client retention
Actively network within the NDIS industry, utilising key industry networks that you have active upon your commencement with EIHC.
What We're Looking For
Demonstrated BD experience within NDIS sector
A strong network of NDIS professional contacts across South Australia
In‑depth understanding of NDIS frameworks, funding, and registration requirements
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
A strategic, proactive mindset with a passion for growth and client outcomes
Tertiary qualification in Business or related field
Valid Australian driver's licence required
