Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily workshop operations and job scheduling
* Lead and support a team of technicians and apprentices
* Drive workshop productivity, quality control, and compliance
* Assist with diagnostics and perform customer road tests when required
* Run Toolbox Talks, manage training, and monitor technician development
* Collaborate with advisors and managers to enhance customer service
* Ensure warranty and WHS standards are consistently met
What You'll Bring
* Prior experience as a Workshop Controller or Supervisor
* Trade qualification in light vehicle mechanics
* Proven leadership and mentoring skills
* Proficiency in ERA NET / ERA POWER and electronic job scheduling systems
* Strong communication and organisation abilities
* A current NSW Driver's Licence
* Full Australian Working Rights
