Responsibilities
- Construct quality steel frame homes
- Read and interpret plans and specifications
- Maintain strong communication with clients, suppliers, and team members
- Uphold the company's commitment to safety and craftsmanship
About You
- Trade qualification in Building/Carpentry (or equivalent)
- Experience in residential construction (steel frame experience highly regarded)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of residential construction experience required
- Strong eye for detail and pride in your workmanship
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and commitment to high standards
- Permanent resident or equivalent Australian work rights required
- Construction Induction (White Card) required before commencement
