Job Role:
As a Pre-Contracts Manager, you will lead the front end of our business operations, overseeing the pre-construction process and ensuring clear visibility across tenders, pricing, pipeline health, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate all tender and pre-contracts activity for construction projects up to $5 million
* Maintain pipeline visibility, bid tracking, and customer relationship management hygiene
* Drive internal communication between Estimating, Engineering, Project Management, Admin, and Business Unit leadership teams
* Support estimating efforts, contributing to pricing and submissions where needed
* E nsure compliance with internal systems, digital workflows, and pre-construction processes
* Maintain strong, consistent engagement with builder clients and consultants
* Oversee document control, submission quality, and tender schedules
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in pre-contracts management or related field
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
* Familiarity with CRM software and digital workflows
* Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
