We are currently looking for a motivated and highly organised individual to join us as Executive Assistant to the General Manager .
This part-time role (25 hours per week) is key to providing high-level administrative support to the General Manager.
Location: Remote based – applicants must be based in Queensland (preferably in Central West Queensland).
Key responsibilities include:
* Manage the General Manager’s schedule and coordinate meetings.
* Serve as the primary contact for external stakeholders and draft communications.
* Organise meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and take minutes.
* Maintain and organise files and records to ensure accessibility.
* Support brand marketing initiatives and create presentations.
Essential requirements:
* A degree in business administration, communications, or a related field (preferred).
* 3-5 years’ experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Creative eye for design.
