We are seeking a Sales Associate to embody our brand and create an exceptional shopping experience.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
A Chloé Sales Associate acts as an ambassador of the Maison, welcoming guests and providing a trusted, personalized service to ensure a seamless customer experience and meet sales targets.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalized service and proactive communication.
Use CRM tools to identify, engage, and retain high-potential clients, driving sales.
Manage client appointments and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
Brand Representation: Demonstrate expert knowledge of Chloé products and services across all channels.
Sales & Omnichannel: Drive sales by mastering omnichannel tools and providing seamless experiences.
Team Support: Participate in training and commercial activities, supporting boutique and individual goals.
Operational Excellence: Maintain a luxurious store environment, adhere to visual standards, support inventory management, loss prevention, and compliance with Richemont policies.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Proven experience in luxury retail as a Sales Associate or Stylist.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong team player.
Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
Deep knowledge of CRM strategies and clienteling.
Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
Operational skills and attention to detail.
