o Providing administrative support to the team
o Managing client files in a confidential and accurate manner
o Assisting with appointment scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements

This role involves being the first point of contact for clients and requires strong administrative skills and a passion for customer service. Experience in health services is desirable.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a health service setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
