We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. This key role will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing retail team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate the retail team to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and deliver exceptional results
* Manage daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and labour scheduling
* Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth
* Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve store goals and objectives
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in a premium or luxury environment
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results-driven initiatives
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and adapt to changing situations
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and shared goals
