Leading library operations and customer programs is a key responsibility of this role. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a senior library or customer service position, holding a degree in Library and Information Science or a related field.
The successful applicant will possess strong project management and communication skills, as well as an active blue card or the ability to obtain one.
