Key Support Role

This key support role is available for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in our Sydney office. The successful candidate will provide timely and accurate support to team members within designated departments.

The main responsibilities include:

* Providing administrative assistance including diary management, internal and external meeting coordination, and maintaining an up-to-date diary system
* Coordinating business travel, conference registrations, itineraries, visas, travel documentation, and associated expense reimbursement claims
* Providing administrative support to multiple department heads, key managers, project managers, and staff
* Organizing team meetings, functions, monthly meetings, social events, and team building exercises
* Managing the office, including maintenance of machines, stationery, supplies, archiving, facilities requests, and other tasks
* Assisting in tracking departmental spending, particularly travel expenditure and software purchases
* Purchasing goods and services according to company policy

Minimum Requirements

* A proven track record of providing high-level administrative support to senior management and teams
* Able to work flexibly in a team environment to provide excellent customer service
* A self-starter who takes initiative
* Customer-centric mindset with ability to think and act accordingly
* Intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Able to work under tight deadlines in a team setting
* Able to develop and implement processes to improve team performance
* Understanding of project management principles


Ideal Candidate Profile

* Experience in senior assistant roles, preferably in product development or service-oriented environments
* Familiarity with culturally diverse environments and multinational settings
