About The Role
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager for our Bonds Cairns Store. This is a full-time position at 38 hours/week.
* Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve team budgets and KPIs.
* Plan for succession within your team to support their career progression.
* Execute Visual Merchandising in-store, using your discretion to make commercial decisions.
* Understand stock management processes and prioritize tasks accordingly.
* Coach team members and provide on-the-spot feedback.
* Analyze reports to make informed commercial decisions that drive business results.
