The Role
Assistant Store Managers are instrumental in supporting the Store Manager and empowering their team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with your Manager to foster a culture of development that inspires and engages the team, creates future leaders and drives high performance.
* Embed customer excellence while growing your business through clear direction and operational efficiency.
* Bring your commercial acumen to the store, identify trade opportunities, and develop solutions to enhance the customer experience and store results.
* Support your Store Manager to manage store schedules and wages effectively to achieve productivity and wage targets.
* Advocate for our foundation, engaging the team on how they can make a life-changing impact on our global projects.
