About the Role
This is an opportunity to shape how Origin supports millions of customers to manage their energy bills through smarter, data-driven credit and collection strategies.
As Manager – Credit Insights & Strategy, you will lead the development of data-driven credit and collections strategies that improve customer payment outcomes and reduce bad and doubtful debt across Origin's large retail customer base. Leading a team across insights, analytics and campaign strategy, you will use segmentation, predictive modelling and behavioural insights to design targeted interventions that support customers while improving commercial outcomes. Working closely with data, digital and operations teams, you will help embed advanced analytics and AI-enabled insights into day-to-day decision making. This role combines strategy, analytics and leadership, offering the opportunity to shape how Origin uses data to deliver better customer and business outcomes.
