Responsibilities
- Support the Payroll Coordinators in preparing the payroll for Barwon Health in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all staff are remunerated in line with Barwon Health policies, procedures, legislative requirements, and award conditions.
- Process employee pays through timesheets and the Time and Attendance system.
- Build your payroll expertise while working within Victoria’s largest regional health service. Enjoy a role that will be varied, challenging and rewarding.
- Two Full time roles (80 hours per fortnight) with access to ADO's, 5 weeks annual leave and salary packaging.

About The Facility
Major sites include University Hospital Geelong, the McKellar Centre, Barwon Health North, and residential aged care facilities. Mental health, community health and dental services are delivered across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.
About The Role
As the Payroll Officer, you will support the Payroll Coordinators in preparing the payroll for Barwon Health in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring staff are remunerated in line with policies, procedures, legislative requirements, and award conditions. This includes processing employee pays through timesheets and the Time and Attendance system.
