About the Role
Reporting to the CEO and General Manager, the Finance Administrator plays a central role in ensuring Coastwide remains financially strong, compliant, and well managed across all programs.
This role is perfect for someone who is organised, detail focused, and confident managing end to end finance functions with professionalism and care.
The role is a 4 day position (Tuesday to Friday), totalling 30 hours per week, providing a balanced working rhythm and the opportunity to enjoy a long weekend every week while still being part of a dynamic, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage your workload independently and meet all financial deadlines
* Process accounts payable and ensure timely supplier payments
* Manage accounts receivable, including reconciliations and debtor follow up
* Process payroll and superannuation accurately and on schedule
* Prepare budgets in collaboration with program leaders
* Prepare financial reports for management, Board review, and funding bodies
* Maintain accurate and audit ready financial records
* Support internal and external audits with required documentation
* Complete weekly CCS and gap fee processing for educators and families
* Reconcile transactions across multiple programs and software systems
* Manage statutory reporting including BAS, IAS, PAYG, ATO and FBT requirements

About You
You will thrive in this role if you have:
* A finance or accounting qualification
* Experience in an accounting or finance administration role
* Strong proficiency in Xero (payroll experience highly regarded)
* Knowledge of CCS software (Harmony Web, OWNA, Fat Zebra)
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Confidence working in a fast paced environment
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Experience in ECEC or the not for profit sector is beneficial but not essential.
