Candidate Requirements
">
Education and Experience
">
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years' experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related area.

OR
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year's experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related area.
- Beneficial to have prior five-star hotel mixed with standalone restaurant experience, especially using table management system (e.g., sevenrooms, open table)
- Strong organization & communication skills required for this role.
- Must have a Victorian RSA certificate & full Australian working right.
