The Senior Strategy Analyst – ANZ reports directly to the Managing Director ANZ and works with the Executive Leadership Team to shape, execute and measure the success of core strategic and commercial initiatives across Australia and New Zealand. Operating at the centre of the business, this role offers exceptional visibility and influence — with all business unit and functional leaders reporting through this position, enabling a uniquely comprehensive view of commercial performance and strategy implementation. This is a hands-on, high-trust role that blends commercial rigour with strategic clarity. Key responsibilities include: Driving high-quality commercial and strategic analysis to shape business planning, performance reviews and opportunity assessment. Lead key business committees and forums, including operations reviews, strategic councils, and leadership team offsites. Partnering with functional leaders to drive accountability, transparency and data-driven decision making. Collaborating with senior leaders to realise strategic initiatives and facilitate execution across multiple channels and markets. Supporting continuous improvement and integration activities to enhance operational outcomes and cross-functional alignment. Leading internal business communications and acting as the central coordination point for enterprise-wide information and planning cycles. Candidate Profile Candidates will ideally have 3-7 years’ experience as a business/commercial analyst or consulting background, with extensive agribusiness exposure. They will bring together strong technical and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate insights into meaningful and actionable outcomes. The role requires a high level of intellectual agility, emotional intelligence and an appetite to operate in both strategic and operational domains. A passion for Australian agriculture is essential.
