The Opportunity
We are seeking an Administrator to join the Qube Bulk Muchea team, to assist with administrative duties of our Chandala Project.
* Part time – Wednesday to Friday or Thursday to Friday.
* 6:30am - 2:30pm (flexible with start and finish times).
* Immediate start available.
* Accounts payable & receivable management.
* Create and action purchase orders.
* Liaise with suppliers and client in relation to accounts queries.
* Assist with data entry, record keeping and other ad hoc administrative tasks.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
* Accounts payable & receivable experience, or a willingness to learn on the job.
* Previous administration experience, although not essential. Full training will be provided for the suitable candidate.
