About the role
Due to our expanding class action base, we are seeking to recruit experienced and dynamic lawyers capable of overseeing matters and directing junior staff as required. Ideally, applicants will be located in Adelaide or be willing to relocate.
The roles on offer are at Associate, Senior Associate or Special Counsel level and would best suit an applicant looking for a supportive firm which will assist them in growing their own practice and working towards a Principal position. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for opportunities to further their legal career.

Ideal candidates will possess:
* Admission to practice in an Australian jurisdiction
* A minimum of 2 years PAE in private practice
* A background in litigation in the Federal Court
* Experience overseeing large files
* Ability to adapt to an evolving scope of work
* Confidence in dealing with clients and third‑party stakeholders
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to organically develop their own client base
* A 'can do' results‑driven attitude
Duties will include:
* Working on large litigation files in a team environment
* Liaising with clients and third‑party stakeholders
* Drafting correspondence and documents in the course of litigation
* Briefing and liaising with Counsel and litigation funders
* Working collaboratively to develop strategic direction
While employment law or class action experience is desirable, it is not essential. Project management experience and experience managing a small team is also desirable.
