Business Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Manager to join our team at Mount Alford State School. As a key member of our administration staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to the school community.
About the Role
This is a part-time position (30 hours per fortnight) until 12 December 2025, unless otherwise determined. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Administrative Support
o Operate independently to undertake day-to-day office procedures within established policies;
o Utilize information and management systems to support effective and efficient reporting and administration.
* School Support Staff Supervision
o Supervise and manage school support staff, including monitoring workloads and performance;
o Identify workforce capability requirements and role model performance standards.
* Recruitment and Training
o Oversee the signatory/approval of timesheets, leave applications, rosters;
o Organize, undertake, and coordinate the recruitment, induction, and training of school support staff.
