Part-Time Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) - NEW Burnside Village Store, Adelaide
We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) for our NEW performance concept store opening SOON in Burnside Village, Adelaide on a PART-TIME basis.
Please note this is a part-time position, which will require availability to work fixed weekly days/hours covering both weekdays and weekend days.

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in:
* Achieving store targets and providing an outstanding consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
* Role modelling our service and selling standards to inspire customers and motivate the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
* Representing the adidas brand and company values in an impactful way.
* Executing and maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring adequate shop floor replenishment.
* Training and coaching team members to enhance service skills and deepen product and brand knowledge.
* Coordinating inventory processes for efficiency and seamless stock-to-floor flow.
* Sharing best practices to improve overall store team performance.
Experience in the following areas will be highly regarded:
* Retail team leadership in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear
* Visual Merchandising
* Stockroom procedures
