The Opportunity:
We are expanding our Perth team and seeking a highly professional and empathetic Medical Receptionist and Patient Liaison to be the welcoming face of Zento at our clients' private consulting rooms.
This isn't a traditional, desk-bound admin role. It's a dynamic, on-the-ground position perfect for a polished professional who thrives on human interaction and is looking for flexible, meaningful work. Initially, you will support a newly established and highly specialised orthopaedic surgeon, with opportunities to support other specialists in the future.
What You'll Do:
* Be the first point of contact, greeting patients with warmth and professionalism.
* Manage the patient flow in a calm and efficient manner, ensuring a seamless clinic experience.
* Process patient payments using EFTPOS, credit cards.
* Act as the link between the physical clinic and our expert virtual administrative team, scanning and uploading key documents.
* Ensure the clinic environment is always presented to the highest standard.

* Previous medical reception experience is highly regarded, but a background in premium hospitality, corporate reception, or high-end client services is also ideal.
