What You'll Be Doing
- Manage complex travel arrangements for VIP and high-profile clients.
- Build multi-leg, international itineraries tailored to individual client preferences.
- Handle all bookings, ticketing, changes, and reissues across air, rail, hotel and ancillary services.
- Resolve client queries and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and support training initiatives.
- Accompany clients on tour or productions if required.
About You
- 4+ years of travel consulting experience, ideally within entertainment or high-demand sectors.
- Strong knowledge of airfares, GDS systems (Travelport preferred), ticketing and reissues.
- Experience managing VIP or entertainment clients-film, music, theatre, media or touring.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work well under pressure.
